Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you have selected the Cash on Delivery payment method:

Payment Readiness: Please have the exact total amount ready in cash at the time of delivery.
Verification: Our delivery partners are required to collect the full payment before handing over the parcel.

Important Notes

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the parcel or provide payment, a second attempt will usually be scheduled.
Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
